and profiles on internet along-with their skills and experience.
From this Database List of unemployed manpower can be
generated so that they can be contacted in case of job opportunities.
In case of Job Opportunity, a list of suitable unemployed persons can be generated.
By using this database the AJK Govt can easly search the trends and available
manpower on the basis of specified criteria such as on the basis of Qualification,Institute,Location,Age and gender wise. |
